FiA is part of the Church of England Diocese of Derby
We also work closely with the other Christian denominations in Derbyshire who together form Churches Together in Derbyshire
FiA is an infrastructure organisation (that is, we support other local churches and church based organisations to fulfill their aims) and as such we are members of 3D: 3rd Sector Support for Derbyshire. 3D includes a wide range of other infrastructure organisations, including Councils for Voluntary Service and Volunteer Centres who provide a range of practical support in areas such as organisational development and fundraising. We work in partnership with such organisations to maximise our effectiveness and reduce duplication.
